  1. This might not be the message you want to hear, but I’m an n of 1 and all I did is ADD red meat to my semi crappy diet every single day and my severely MR depression is gone. I don’t get it. I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop. I’m not anywhere close to ketosis. Just in case someone needs to hear this. If you are not up to the challenge of going carnivore, at least try to add half a ribeye a day or more to whatever you eat and see if it helps after a few weeks. It might not. But this can’t be a coincidence what’s happened to me once I did it.

  2. I was diagnosed with chronic depression and Panic Disorder. 3 days in and my happiness and energy was through the roof. Continued for weeks. First time in my life waking up at 4am to WANT to go to the gym every day. Ate crappy for Christmas yesterday and could feel the chemical depression come back. Carnivore is Prozac or antidepressants without side affects. Immediately returned to carnivore today. Not for the 30 pounds left to lose, but my mental health. No other substitution.

  3. Hello Dr Berry, could you make a short video about mental health, depression, anxiety, bloating and how carnivore alleviates problems. I need to send it to many people.

  4. It's great that you proposed people to try the carnivore diet for 90 days. But you should've said as long as it's fat heavy. The last thing you want is someone to just gorge on chicken and then say the carnivore diet is BS. As long as you eat a lot of fatty red meat.

  5. I ask myself if i wanted a whisky tonight. Started to get one. Just didn't feel like it. 9 months ago i would have had 6 to 10 without thinking. Carnivore has eliminated my over use of alcohol.

  6. Hi, i have been dealing with mental health problems my whole life (16teen to 50's years old) okay, i found Dr Berry about 5 years ago (through my husband looking up ways to help me with pre-diabetes). we stared Low Carb, the Keto, well now Trying Carnivore. I have very little mental heath problems now. and i just now found anther doctor on youtube that is sharing the science behind why and how the Keto life still helps people with mental health. i really wished the doctors in the 80's and 90"s know this instead of filling me up with drugs. Thank you Doctor Berry for being someone that is sharing this Proper Human Diet

  7. I can 💯 say its helped me. I spent nearly two years basically comatose, and anti depressants did nothing. I would recommend anyone with depression to give it a try. What have you got to lose? 😂

  8. Hi if I could get some help from Dr Berry or the community it would be tremendous! I have a had terrible sinus issues for the past 4 plus years and need help. I have been carnivore for all of these years. I got sick at the tail end of 2019. Had a fever for a week and after I had nagging sinus issues where I could not breath through my nose and I developed a loss of smell as well as a cough due to post nasal drip from the mucus build in my sinuses. I have lost over 150 lbs and currently weigh 145-155 given time of day whether I have eaten etc. I have tried a variety of things and still have not gotten better. Currently now am trying some more vitamins and ivermectin.

  9. Menopausal, an angry gallbladder, obese, angry in general, depressed, existing – that was me before I started watching Dr Berry and Berg.

I started last December just eating Steak, Eggs, Bacon, Butter, Beef Lard and cheese and I have lost 3 stone, my gallbladder has no pain, my thinking is very clear and the bad moods and ovary pains have literally gone.

I have introduced Benfotiamine and D3 + K2 in the past week… and 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I am feeling even more alive and positive.

Thanks to Dr Berry and Berg's vitamin suggestions, I feel normal, happy, l am living in the here and now 😊❤

  10. Waking up feeling healthy strong and full of initiative and joy.. thanks carnivore for no more sleepness nights and hopeless days. 🥩🖤
Brain supercharged, cognetively and kinetically vroom vroom! 🧠💪👍

  11. My doctor told me to stop taking vitamin K2. I told her that Vitamin K & Vitamin K2 are 2 different vitamines and that I deal with depression and NEED vitamin D3 for depression and K2 carries the D3 to where it need to go to help with depression. She disagreed and also advised me to stay away from oils that harden such as coconut oil. But yokd me to use canola oil instead. How are these doctors backwards?

  12. I don't eat strictly carnivore. But 5 years ago, I switched from the SAD to Keto. I rocked along with a Mediterranean style diet for two or three years. I wasn't happy that I had put a few pounds back on. So, this last year, I have been heavily animal-based. One of the biggest things I have changed just recently is removing nuts from my diet. I've lost 5 lbs since doing that. Regarding my mental health and attitude, it's been night and day since I made the switch 5 years ago. Not even the same person. Much more positive and confident. I'll never go back to the SAD.

  13. I was diagnosed and medically treated as Type 1 bipolar for over a decade and my son is a non-verbal autistic. I've been on keto and off meds for more than two years now. I walk every day and work out twice a week. I've never felt better.

  14. This reduced efficiency in being capable of metabolizing those vitamins seems to be the common denominator for all autoimmune syndromes as well which might explain the very strong link between autoimmune syndromes and depression and overall mental health issues.
And this diet seems to help exactly all of that

  15. I had severe—and I really mean severe—OCD/intrusive thoughts for months, reality-warping stuff, and the best I thought I could do was cope with it. I was paying for programs to help my OCD and constantly needed to watch videos and do other things to make a mind a manageable place to be. Within one consistent week of the carnivore diet, my OCD has been pretty much kicked out.
