  1. I have struggled in the past with anxiety attacks and depression, many medications didn’t do anything for me and I underwent Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy. After completing TMS therapy my anxiety + depression levels became much much more manageable. I highly recommend TMS for those who have treatment resistant depression/anxiety.

  2. I had my first panic attack in my first year of university too. Started therapy and medications but it was so debilitating that I wasn’t able to wait for meds to be fully effective as it takes a few weeks for it to work. Continued my education the next year and things went much better.

  3. Panic attacks are a cop out for when people don’t want to do anything. I could say that I had anxiety my entire life too but instead of doing nothing about it and letting it control my life I simply set it aside and left it behind. You don’t need medication to fix anxiety as you need to get out of your own head and live a life off the internet.
