  1. I have OCD of course I have panic attacks about germs whenever I walk into school until it becomes difficult to breathe, my chest hurts, and I’m so anxious I can’t eat. I have also brought the exact same lunch every day from 3rd grade-12th bc it gives me something I can control.

  2. i have diagnosed OCD, and this is extremely offensive to me and others with OCD. this is not what symptoms look like. they can be horrible and unimaginable intrusive and inappropriate thoughts. do not romanticize OCD by making it seem like it’s all about organizing a closet and washing your hands. i am speaking from experience as someone who has gotten injured from OCD. so kindly, educate yourself before making this video. thanks.

  3. This is what people think ocd is. It's not about arranging things and turning off the stove it's about constant battle in your mind, the exhausting feeling within yourself. y'all JUST DON'T stereotype this please

  4. This is pretty mild OCD but this can be symptoms. I have pretty severe one, a week ago i cried whole night in my bathroom floor thinking im a murderer and a pedophile

  5. ocd is not checking your stove every time you pass it by. ocd is not being able to relax in your own home because you can't stop checking the stove

  6. I have ocd and my room has mold and I question my sanity ever so often plus have breakdowns when I go out cause I’m think about how I could just die rn …

  7. Your are actually a control freak you do not have OCD!! Ppl with OCD struggle with rumination and thoughts obsessively which can be debated is it bcs if anxiety disorder or is the OCD causing the anxiety. But you organizing is your need to be show how right you are and tell the world you are just better than everyone else. Ppl like you do a disservice to a very debilitating mental health disorder bcs ppl do not understand what true OCD looks like or feels like for the person living it daily24/7

  8. i have ocd, of course if i accidentally hit one side of my body i have to hit the other side to make it feel “even”. i have ocd, of course i have to compulsively pick my lips raw until they bleed. i have ocd, of course if i don’t touch that wall a murderer will come to my house and torture me. i have ocd, of course i would worry about dying from a disease just because i forgot to wash my hands before brushing teeth. i have ocd, of course i am offended by this video.

  9. This isn’t the full extent of OCD. Not even close. I have OCD so I spent my childhood having panic attacks about my family dying in their sleep and sneaking into their rooms to check everyone was breathing. I still have to say I love you 3 times to everyone, just to be safe. I have OCD so I cant leave the house for days at a time because all I can think about is how dirty everything is and my skin burns and the anxiety eats me alive and I cant. I have OCD so I have intrusive thoughts about doing horrible things and have to ‘punish’ myself for it so they dont come true.

“Omg you have OCD thats so quirky youre so lucky to be so neat” Like… this is a disorder that wreaks havoc on your life and mental health, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone

  10. I have OCD ofc people assume I don’t have it bc I have a different type then the one people talk about.
Literally my brain “ok you hit the light switch with one hand do it with the other”
“Wait the vid before didn’t finish there word scroll up it sounded weird”
“I stubbed my toe now I have to do it to the other one”
“What if I need this in the future”
“I can’t through this away it feels important”

I have 2 of the 4 types. Hoarding OCD and Symmetry & Order OCD. And it’s a big struggle for my bc I also have ADHD which makes everything worse bc people say “you can’t have both” but I DO!

  11. the only thing here that seems like genuine OCD is scrubbing your hands raw. rearranging your closet isn't OCD. if you check the stove compulsively all of the time because you're terrified the house will burn down would be OCD, but just checking it when you walk by isn't OCD and in fact is pretty rational to do.

  12. OCD is not a quirk about washing your hands and having to have things neat and tidy. Please educate yourself better on this disorder as you are offending a lot of people who actually have OCD.

  13. These symptoms can be true and these are the most common symptoms but the way you’re saying it makes it seem like everyone does that which isn’t true.

  14. Jesus loves you all he is coming back soon it isn’t to late to repent for your sins and give your life to the Lord he will set you free!❤

  15. this is offencive .. ocd is not always a simmiler patern of ouh of course I reorganize and wash hands and thats only ocd . every single person suffers from it differently . its a uncontroable negetive thoughts anxiety driven things for that they have to do certain acts to over and over to control it . its a torture . its not like i wash hands bcz i have ocd rather have to wash hands without any reason bcz of sudden uncontroable negetive thoughts is running on mind
. also its not every ocd persons do this . people do various type of thinngs to cope with the anxiety .

  16. ‘i rearranged my closet 6 times today’ oh well i washed my hands 30 times today though i had brain cancer skin cancer, can’t sit anywhere in my house without something covering it, i know have to take medication for ocd even though one of my biggest fears is medicine and i think i’m going to die. my hands are dry cracked and right now are actually bleeding because of it and i’ve done therapy 2 times a week fir 3 years now and it’s still horrible

  17. To the ppl who actually have OCD, what's it like? Not trying to sound offensive but i genuinely don't understand OCD and I'm kinda curious abt it

  18. This is not OCD and it’s offensive to say these things. It’s extremely hurtful to those who are suffering. If you have a choice over your actions like these, it’s not OCD. People with OCD don’t have a choice and we experience extreme discomfort and panic if we don’t do what we feel we need to do, which are often unusual compulsions, unlike these which are extremely standard. You’re neat, not suffering. Please don’t use phrases like these as she is.

  19. I have OCD: of course I see someone doing somthing and it makes me scared of fear and I accidentally hurt them and blames myself for it😀
