Unfortunately, in today's modern society, although I would rather call it a "chaotic society", there is less and less empathy and understanding, and more and more judgments at first glance and negative opinions about others. Somehow I get the impression that people can't wait for someone to fail and that people enjoy such failures. I have personally experienced these things, and in such a society a person must be emotionally stable and mentally strong to withstand all of this. I wasn't always like this, it affected me, I suffered from anxiety for a long time, from social anxiety, I allowed other people's opinions to stress me out. And then a miracle happened, I came across the book Manifest version 2.0 by Manifest Zen, in which I read and understood how to approach anxious thoughts and the way of thinking and perceiving problems, it helped me to improve my discipline with my micro actions and to feel better, because every day if you start with some positive activity, it will certainly affect how you feel better, as they say, anxieties and stress are modern diseases and we all suffer from them to a certain extent, it's just a matter of how we control these emotions!
