  5. Hi Dr Fox! Thank you so much for posting this. I needed to hear this exactly in this moment of life. Things are incredibly hard and I'm trying not to revert to my maladaptive coping/suicidal ideation/attempts and self-mutualiton. I feel all alone, lost and overwhelmed. But I know as long as I'm breathing, there is hope/hope for a better change. I just need to dig deep, stay positive and stay connected with therapy/good hearted people. And to keep the faith to keep swimming. I joke that I'm like Dory from Finding Nemo. I just keep swimming. Please know you're such a blessing to so many people. I wish I lived TX and had the opportunity to work with you in person. I hope to purchase your books soon as soon as I can afford it. I love learning from you, and have been an avid fan/follower of yours for years. Your material has kept me alive, living in my car/homeless/suicidical, etc. Like you said, life has no guarantees. So I just need to practice self love and focus on all the things that are within my control, to increase the probably of a positive outcome. And breathe….lol that's a good one. Take care Dr Fox. Many thanks again for all your information/education, advocacy, positivity and support (especially amongst a vulnerable, misunderstood and stigmatized demographic). You're a God send. Keep up the good work. You're more of a blessing than you may know. God bless you.
