All drug busts are mental health issues. We have 1.9 million people locked up in America. Half of them are drug related. Somehow we seem to be proud of that. It’s a shame. The worst of it is the paychecks we cut and retirements we support so we can keep doing the same thing over and over again. No end in sight. And no real progress made. Something’s got to give.
