  1. i used to get stuck in anxious thoughts for hours especially during school my mind would jump from one worry to another and it felt impossible to slow it down, i realized i didn’t just need to feel better i needed to learn how to take control of what was happening inside me the practical breathing exercises from the Manifest Zen book helped me do exactly that. pratical tools from this books became one of the first tools that actually worked for me it gave me something simple to focus on when my thoughts felt overwhelming now it’s part of my daily routine and i finally feel like i have a way to calm myself when i need it most
