  1. I translate this advice to "do not send your kids to school". It is at school they are sat in benches instead of doing "natural cereballar stimulation" outdoors. It is at school they lose their curiosity and creativity needed to be constantly involved in some "flow" (e.g. writing a book). Schooled kids are horrible at finding mates and jobs because for years they are deprived of a chance to make their own decisions.

Don't send your kids to school. Unschool! (or at least homeschool)

  2. Nice. My outlet would be just outing lol but can't afford to yet. 😂 Can't just take off before paying off the mortage first and its frustrating that it'll take years. 😂 I wish I had enough money to pay off everything then pay for an easy way out asap.

  3. I’ve heard many good things about psychedelics like LSD or psilocybin mushrooms and their health benefits on ADHD , I also heard it helps one get through addiction and depression. I’m just wondering where I can get my hands on them cause I’ll love to give it a try. I’m passing through a state of terrible depression lately.

  4. It drives me crazy that attention deficit is constantly associated with hyperactivity! This is the easy way out for scientists!: It has nothing to do with it!!! I was a very quiet child. I wet my bed until I was 8 years old. In primary school, I often forgot my eraser and notebooks. I still can't look people in the eyes and face properly. When someone is talking, my attention is always occupied with myself. I never fully understand the subject and make them repeat it. That's why people always think I'm stupid!. Me too!…

  5. Cows don’t have to be milked. They have to be let alone, not being graped every year so she gives birth there for she has milk, which was intended for her calves but stolen by humans. Having her heart broken every time they take her baby away from her. If female has the same faith as hers and if male will be either veil or simply get killed as soon as they are born because they are not profitable to the dairy industry. Hope you find another comparison. Other than that I liked the video. Thanks. 💚

  6. I don't know but I'm going to the gym from a year 2 – 3 hrs consistently but my adhd doesn't got fixed at all , what could be the problem with me !?

  7. My husband has ADHD, depression and was on medication for many years. When we moved and he had to get a new Doctor. Unfortunately because my husband was nearly 68, the Doctor said ADHD medication was not recommended for someone his age and he wouldn't renew his prescription. The Dr didn't even offer to wean him off the meds! He left him with no meds and had him go. God so kind a friend recommended us to mushrooms (psilocybin) precisely. After his experience with shrooms five years ago till now there's no more ADHD, depression and mental disorder. Shrooms are life changing. There is no way you can put into words what it feels like..

  8. I've noticed that if I over stimulate myself by laughing hard or running to fast the back and sides of my head would feel very "weird" maybe this is what it was?

  9. I think workout out helps but I have heard of guy behind the Zing Method was was way overstating the effectiveness. Also I’d didn’t think the cerebellum was affected. Excercise does help the most though. You still need to be medicated and also dial in your nutrition.

  10. For me, the best non-pharmacological solution was a Ketogenic diet :
    – Better sense of time.
    – An ability to (hyper)focus for longer times.
    – Switching tasks got way easier.
    – Less feeling of overwhelm.
    – Way less task resistance.
    – A huge mental clarity.
    – Increased mood.
Remember, if you're new on this type of diet, take your electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium etc.) to avoid the muscle aches or the keto flu, it can happen when you're body is not used to getting into ketosis. it's always better to do it under medical supervision in the beginning.
This diet was used in the 20s to treat epilepsy. You can watch plenty of videos that talk about how keto affects all kinds of mental ilness.
Also, binaural beats on YouTube with earphones + deep breathing are very helpful to reach hyperfocus states.

  11. Even I take whole lecture I miss many points because I zoned out .! 😢While studying just hold the phone to see timetable and you see it’s night 2 AM when you started 6 PM 😢You know you have to study and only 3 days are left for Exam but you don’t because you feel so distracted. ! I think this is ADHD .!If anyone knows better tell me

  12. Thank you so much sir. For me, it has been difficult to do a creative outlet thanks to perfectionism, but now I simply try to enjoy the process and not worry in an obsessive manner about the result. I agree 100% that a creative outlet helps so much.
