  1. Depression is a serious concern, and your video addresses it with such compassion! 😔 Personally, @PlanetAyurveda's therapies helped me navigate through tough times.

  2. Pride can really make this even more painful. For years someone can be lost without the ability to share whats going on. Fear of letting people in is what always bothered me. Im a private person and never have felt the need to talk to others about my problems. My attitudes always been that everyone has problems so who cares. Telling people your problems is being soft and selfish. Little did I know its like a fresh breath of air once you start speaking on it. People do care. Its the thought that people dont care because some of us stay mute about everything and in our minds we think people should know when we're struggling while in fact we're pretty good actors and nobody has a clue and when we finally break down, its amazing because the people we generally tell will break down with us. Humanity still exists, love still exists, compassion still exists in this cold world we live in. Cheers to everyone out there with a ❤️!

  3. It hits hard when you realise you never used to be this way. Always took everything positively. Now you just stand there helpless and all you want to do now is to rip yourselves apart!

  4. Three months ago, I was diagnosed with clinical depression, insomnia and anxiety. the reality is that clinical depression, also known as major depression, is a result of a chemical imbalance in the brain. It means that you can't feel happiness because your happy hormones drop to very low levels, and these chemical changes affect various areas like thinking, mood, memory, and feelings. You feel persistently sad without any apparent reason, and your brain doesn't experience sensations of sleep or relaxation (insomnia) And the worst thing is, I developed depression when I got a job, even though life seemed to be going happy at that time. I was diagnosed with clinical depression."
"Clinical depression development occurs in phases throughout life; these phases can encompass periods of happiness as well as sadness."

  5. I agree with the financial comment 100% If you’re poor, you can’t afford health insurance or decent mental health care for a start 🥴 If you can afford to do fun things, then it’s harder to be depressed, for example, I don’t think I would be depressed if I was in Bora Bora 🤷‍♀️ or if I didn’t have the constant fear of becoming homeless because I can’t afford my rent, or because my landlord want to sell the house I live in, especially when there is a huge rental crisis. Money would not entirely resolve all my depression, but I know with absolute, that it would cut my fears and worries in half, if not more, and give me the ability to do things that wouldn’t match with being depressed, like travelling, taking fun classes or pursuing a new hobby. Everything requires money, and usually the best and fun things are completely out of my financial reach.

  6. I i find It funny tht a 14 yo guy has to see this on an alt account that was intended only to see memes and stuff, i feel bad about this, i only have 1 friend AND i feel so down bad excluded, in school i feel like a class clown lown or something like tht AND my mom clearly Love'sy sister better, AND whenever i say smth about tht she mames me feel like the biggest jerk ever

  7. What we do when none of ur family memeber try to understand u, n blame u and taunt u For any reasons why u r aad, y u started crying then start fighting with u, because ur tears make their mood spoil, what we do when we are not allowed to talk or meet to our frnds hobbies we likes to do, there is no other option of suicide, i don't know for how much time I'm living or much clearly say that I'm just breathing I'm dead actually from inside, there is no hope ,there is Nothing ya ALLAH help me…

  8. Its fun when people tell you that you’re attention seeking. So then you think you’re attention seeking and feeling like a burden.

  9. depression:

Many people gets confused about depression and sadness.

sadness means present suferring for one day, 2 day or a week.
