  2. Its funny may is mental health month and at the end of it my anxiety came back OUT OF NOWHERE. Thinking negative things and being scared of my fears. just a load of horrible things going through my head. Im settling myself on a path to better mental health

  3. Psychedelics definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it's just so hard to source out here
