Tallulah, this was an interesting video full of great points of easily understandable information and was heart warming too with Joe’s interviews, especially the ice cream man. Nice to see the men exhibiting warmth in their interactions during Men’s mental health month (USA). I agree adaptability, resilience and movement play a big part in our mental health. The recent studies on mind-body-movement connection really highlight this.
