We BBC Stories, are a group of journalists making films, long and short, with the younger audience (18-24) in mind. The idea is to tackle issues which concern and impact this group of people. So think about anything from race and identity to mental health, money and much more.

the conservative party hates Britain.
If death camps were legal and profited the conservative party they would be using them to get rid of menatl health 'problems'.
The expert is Indian accent
Please raise your voice for Kashmir just for the sake of Humanity. Followers of Nazi RSS are killing men, raping women and children in Indian Occupied Kashmir.
In general, people says that melissa tea, is beneficial for both staying calm and repairing the damaged nerves in body. (especially using curcuma is also beneficial for depression) Doing sport is also raises up serotonin in body. In early teenage years become too painful , especially in naive and sensitive brains . So try to stay calm. I know some people . They afraided everything and everybody, they couldnt look to other people's face and couldnt speak to them with confidence. (in early teenage years), Now they turned to cosmopolitans , people like them and they give conference in their work….13-14 / also in the first 20th are transitional ages..( I mean your last character may internalize slowly . It doesnt mean that there have a big problem… ^_^ (Greetings form Turkey…)
He's an adult now, if he has suicidal thoughts he needs go to his GP, simple.
There's always help out there, never give up.
Yes he will loose his mental health when he turns 18 because we don't want him, and metal health is a Irish varrior word that means barried alive.
The NHS responds to mental health as a first come first serve basis which in all cases isnt the right way to go about it, there should be a big, good enough system to support everyone from the ages of 11-25yrs.
Be prepared for millions of metal children in the future living in this country. No representation in Sport, TV, Radio??
I wish you nothing but the best Thomas. You seem like an awesome lad. Don't be afraid to reach out to people who might be going through the same struggle.
The Hong Kong protesters could do with this NHS service.
An out of touch Conservative? Shocking. Best you can do is vote in someone better.
He should consider himself lucky.
He is born in a developed country and not in a country like India where job opportunities are not enough. He can do anything with his life.
HE JUST DOESN'T KNOW WHAT POVERTY MEANS.
waaa waaaaaaaaaaa waaaaaa benefits waaaaaaaa
Hello, the experience is stressful , this comes in with fear and too much holding to self esteem. I believe you are going to be well, you need JESUS,
JOHN 6:63 says , The spirit gives life, the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life. JESUS IS YOUR HEALER. BELIEVE AND IT SHALL BE.

Uk health system is a joke. I have been depressive for 3 years and I was getting treatment back in my country, but when I came to London to join a family member I got lost.
I remember one day I was so depressed that I took extra dose of pills just to sleep and relax my mind, I got a reaction. I went to the hospital and they just send me home.
I suffer alone. When I am very tired of myself, I drunk something with alcohol to sleep and I hate the taste of alcohol.
That’s life. It’s my fault that my mind is weak to accept life the way it is.
So I deal with it, until one day I guess.
Hope hope it gets better for young people…
I hit that cliff edge at 18 and it took hospitalisation and arrest before adult mental health services got involved again some 6 years later.
Services were limited and funding short and my treatment shorter…over in 3 months and back to square one in 6 months.
Been told recently (early 2020) that treatment simply does not exist for "males of my age group" within my locality and I live in Scotland's capital city!
Things in the health services have gotten way way worse the last 8 years…
Doctors openly talk about lack of inpatient care being down to austerity and cuts in the same breath as offering phone numbers for various charities…
If specialist care is required but not available, prison is where one ends up.
Next year I’ll be losing them too
I'm 38, I live in Surrey, and I know this video is 2 years old but that woman is living on Mars. Access to mental health services is non-existent in this county. Actively suicidal people are being sent home from the hospital and told to wait for an appointment that never arrives or be put on a 3-year waiting list for treatment that you need right now.
This woman has fucking delirium
wait… camhs helped this boy? where can i find this god of a camhs worker because mine only seem to be doing harm
Same in Australia
