    I live in Sweden and I got PTSD and anxiety problems the doctor gave me setraline and olazapine and I am sorry but it didnt help me so I buy benso on the black market I take 3 pills a week like klonazepam and diazepam I am afraid I will get hooked and the anxiety will get worse this is why I am careful with the bensos. I just wish I could live without any medication 😢

    Most of the information is point on. One thing is about you saying fluoxetine studies are not as robust, this is blatantly wrong, as being the first Ssri to be introduced has the most research surrounding it and its efficacy.
    In addition like some other people wrote here, there is a consensus that benzodiazepines are not to be used because of the risk of dependency however, research shows that anxiety itself is a lot more debilitating than being dependent on benzos, some people can’t find relief from other medications and so deciding not to use benzos because of the risk of dependency is absurd, especially with the known fact that anxiety can be much more troublesome than dealing with the potential withdrawal and abuse of these medications.     I used to get really bad anxiety attacks when I first started gaining them when I was 24 years old I'm 33 now I started going to the gym and now I don't get anxiety attacks but I do get sweaty hands

    I am having this for the last 4 years. I tried all SSRIs, buspirone, tricyclic and nothing worked for me. Currently managing on propranolol, and benzos.
    My symptoms are having a sudden and situational panic attacks like plane and trains. BP spikes to 150 and heart rate to 135. And after these attacks gets severe i think of dofferent illnesses in me like pheochromocytoma these days. I sweat alot in the bed. I dont know what is wrong with me as my Thyroid functions tests comes normal, blood count caomes normal. Vitamin D is normal. Also in these days i get depressed as well. Loss intrest in almost anything. What should i do ?

    For Everybody who is suffering from Anxiety don't worry at all… From years i have been suffering from Severe Anxiety ( personally I feel my suffering was most horrible suffering in the history of human kind ) but now I have almost come out of it by taking Classical Homeopathy treatment… My treatment is still continuing and very soon I'm going come of it.

    I just tell who are suffering from anxiety no matter how much severe and deep it is, don't worry at all it can be treated with Classical homeopathy.

    I had an accident that caused life long internal damage and had strokes and it’s a life risk for me. Trying to control my emotions and not getting frustrated but I held everything in so long and had another stroke that hit hard and I had a fight or flight button constantly on.

    I told my Doctor that I had trouble going to sleep. He suggested that I take a single Aspirin 30 minutes before bed. It worked so I have to take one every night. So why am I not hooked on this drug. My point is that if you need a daily drug for your condition why do you say some are addictive and others are not when all drugs are addictive. So is food air and water.

    i have constant panic attacks daily and am too scared to leave the house half of the time and i went to my doctors who have notes of years of depression and anxiety and they just accused me of pill seeking. it took all my strength and courage to go in to get help about it but they just think im a drug addict. ive never taken a benzodiazapine before and ive never asked for them.
