  5. But how can we know if someone is depressed or not because not everyone openly say it and nor its easy to identify..

    Suppose if we do something to make them angry and in that anger they do something which will they regret later on

  6. This is why we will never develop as a country . Just see the comment section and people believing in this garbage because of a spiritual leader . Treating depression like it’s something that will just “ go away “ with an overly simplified non medical solution . But then again we are a country that believes in birth charts , astrology and numerology . I hope someday we grow out of this phase and have intelligent conversations around these topics

  7. I think this is true I was a angry person but now I list all the anger(I don't know how to put it in words)
    But now I really get angry and going through very rough patch
    I realised this just few months back and it's true

  8. Ok so i got angry, i let out my anger, i do things in anger, i fight with other they will get angry. the things i do and say to people will create more problem in my life and i will get more angry and the cycle will go on.
