With over 17 years of dedicated experience in the mental health and substance use field, Beck has devoted his career to advancing the well-being of the LGBTQ+ community, adolescents, and families. As an accomplished clinician, Beck holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology with a focus on Gender & Sexuality, a master’s degree in Addiction Counseling from HBFF Graduate School, and a second master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.

His work centers on healing, breaking harmful patterns, and strengthening family systems.

As a clinical expert and leader in young adult mental health treatment, Dr. Fialk has specialized training in co-occurring disorders, eating disorders, and family therapy. Her thought leadership has been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, and Forbes. She received her master’s degree and a doctoral degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work and completed psychoanalytic training at The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in NYC.
