Mere ek dost ko mental health issue the aur usne bht si cheezein try kri but kuch khas farak nhi pada tab usne ek din google prr scroll krte ek platform dekha tha shyd uska naam solh wellness tha. Usne fir mental wellness program liya. Aur abb woh kaafi better feel krr rha h.
