I try my best to get a proper sleep but, it is also becoming too hard for me.
I am doing this thing from, times ago but it is only temporary, not it work permanent..

Jo vyakti depression mein hai woi hee smj skta hai kia depression kia hota hai
1) 6-7 hr sleep
2) early morning breathing exercise in fresh air
3)routine follow
4)mantra chanting
I am really happy any one said precaution from depression
Kitne baje uthna chahiye mam neend se or sona kab chahiye ❤
Problem is all these advices are useless when you don't even get time to sleep 5 hrs properly as a student or even have to eat in the morning properly
