Going through this now. I feel horrible. 😢 Still perimenopausal. I get so bad I hate everyone and want to divorce my husband. I feel so depressed. Tried the estrogen patch for 2 months. My mood was better but I bloated up 10 lbs.

I feel like I’m only ok/myselfish maybe one-1.5 weeks out of the whole month. There’s about 7-10 days that are the worst. I feel completely useless, I’m pain, I have no energy I’m depressed and anxious etc. On those days I feel like wine is the only thing I have to look forward to feel slightly better! The rest of the time I don’t even drink wine. I don’t want to go on antidepressants,I’m really on edge about even going to the doctor since covid(trust issues), but I’m feeling like I have no option at this point! Is St John’s Wort and Passiflora really worth buying in the meantime? It seems like on one hand you said it really works and towards the end you kinda sounded the opposite…if I sound annoyed or pushy or unreasonable or crazy, I’m on the worst day that I have had so far this month, so sorry lol! But I am really really struggling, and I am a wife and mother of an 8 year old daughter and I feel horrible!
