Thank you for this video. Would you please kindly share some links from the doctors you mentioned starting at 10:21 in your video?
Thank you for your time.
Love this video. It is so informative and very well laid out. Such an important message. We need to spread the word to other women about what is normal and what is not. Thank you for this!
I have terrible depression in perimenopause. 😢😢😢 It's absolute hell. The estrogen patch has helped but it makes me so bloated.
Thank you for sharing this. The mental health symptoms of perimenopause made me think I was having a nervous breakdown. I almost ended up being sectioned in a physh. ward. Before my experience I had no idea Menopause could be the cause of such severe mental health issues. But there is HOPE.🌸
Keto diet helps with menopause, as with many illnesses/conditions like cancer, Parkinson’s etc, diabetes, and others. Plenty of info on YouTube. All hormones are made from cholesterol, animal fat is vital.
Thanks for the video Teresa 😊
Truly brilliant video. We need to shout this from the rooftops. Thank you so much 💓
Days like today, I am knocked down by a a wave of sadness…..
Thank you so much for taking the time to share. I am crying through watching this because I am not alone. Thank you for your transparency on sharing your own journey. I too take care with eating healthier, exercise and mobility movements, pray, and seek God, yet all these things are happening to me that I had no answers for. AGAIN, thank you so very much ❤
Other women of my age doesn't seem to have any problem with menopause. and here I m with heavy bleeding, panic attacks, brain fog, intrusive thoughts n the list might go on… guess I m just the unlucky one ! 😞… Praying to GOD ! 🙏
Thank you so much for such an articulate and simplified talk on this topic. I really needed it. 🌸🌸

🙏 NHS please show more compassion towards women who work for your company that are struggling with this. Do not make your employees take a drug test when it’s just premenopausal symptoms. That’s discrimination.
I have struggled with the menopause ie hot sweats, mood swings, foggy head. I cannot take HRT as had deep vein thrombosis a few years ago. I have tried all kinds of herbal stuff for it too but nothing seems to help. Have tried menopause tablets that are out there too. Those that you can take that don’t say if you have ever had an embolism don’t take these. Please could you advise. Thanks a lot.
Bang on to what has been going on with me for a year and getting worse. Im 52 and my suicide thoughts were getting worse. I thought my anxiety/panic got worse due to my 7 yr rel ending. My bf left me because he couldn't deal with it any longer including no libido. 😢 Im looking into BHRT soon. Im super grateful for you and all the other you tubers who taught me and opened my eyes to what is happening to me. My doctor for 10 yrs i asked for help and all she said was " It's part of getting old." Dimissed me. I dropped her now. ❤
I’ve failed every antipsychotic antidepressant mood stabilizer ketamine mushroom 🍄 I can’t take progesterone still have a uterus. I don’t want to live anymore. Got akathisia from the meds too now homeless and insane. Can’t get help. I’m told I’m too young at 42 to be going through this yet my doctor asked why my estrogen is at zero and I am still having periods. I’ve not been offered hrt only psych drugs that make me more suicidal TD and akathisia
