Hello. I am a 4 time cancer survivor and cardiac arrest twicr. I also have kidney failure. Major deprression and every symptom of anxiety. Can hardly set still. My dp/dr is horrible hard to just sit and talk to otherrs. Anxious about everything. Can you help me please?

I stopped tracking and started accepting. I just accept the symptoms and try to get comfortable with them. I'm tired if fighting back at anxiety

Ya I totally relate. There was a time when I was tracking my heart rate and oxygen saturation every couple minutes. I would freak out if it goes down then google symptoms of low o2 then panic more
