WHO AM I:
I’m a clinical psychologist. I am here to share insights from therapy and psychology research so that you can make use of it in your daily life to understand how your mind works and optimise your own mental health. I cover all things from confidence and motivation to mood and anxiety. I look forward to chatting with you in the comments.

  1. a person , is like a knife , it may become dull over time , not be able to cut stuff (want to do things) and it might get thrown out , but sharpening your blade , or talking to a loved one can get you sharp and ready to cut things again . dont take it from me though , im just a stranger out of 8 billion of them . but remember , every once in a while , sharpen yourself

  2. Wow, idk, I never thought that could be a thing. At this point, I've no clue what will happen if I'll talk to my friend how I talk with myself.

  3. I guess they would because I just make jokes when I’m talking with myself and compliment myself lol. Or sometimes have crying sessions and ask the person I’m crying because of questions (like not ask them directly, just write it down or talk in a room I’m alone in)
