What I learned which helped me the most is that sometimes you just can't feel good throughout the day. And that's okay. Sometimes just coping and living another day should be as big of an achievement.
It all depends on the severity, but no matter what: the most important thing is to ALWAYS aim to do at least 1 thing that you find difficult to do that day. It could be as simple as standing up and stretching your arms in the air, or going to the gym.
