I seem to be missing the first half or three quarters of the video. For me it picks up where he's cuffed, searched and being stuffed in the back of a unit. Is it just me? Am I too far from the top of the mountain of righteousness?
This is much better of you. Mentally ill people are not people I laugh at or ridicule. They are not like drunks who choose to drink. The mentally ill must be handled and given the appropriate treatment as you said. Also, I agree with you that bad behavior needs consequences whether volitional or not.
There are so many resources and people ready to help! The hardest part is getting someone there. Sometimes it takes a peace officer taking you and maybe that's where it starts.
