I just got a blood test and my doctor told me I was low in B12 and to start taking B12 1000 mcg everyday. I have the Cyanocobalmin form. It also says on bottle it's on a time release formula. I've been taking it for a week and feel no bad side effects. This video was perfect timing for me!
MHTFR people usually do better with pholinic acid + hudroxycobalamin or adesynocobalamin combo
I get very stimulated by b vitamins especially the methylated form
Thank you
