Ramped-up ICE raids are taking a mental health toll on immigrant communities and families. Advocates tell NJ Spotlight News that the chronic uncertainty over fear of deportation is being linked to heightened anxiety and post-traumatic stress, particularly for children in mixed-status homes.

  1. ICE enforcement improves the mental health of poor "People of Color"
..who have their wages diminished by Illegal Aliens.

    Added benefit of deportation?
I'm not on the hook for $200,000+, for the K to 12 education of an Illegal Alien.

  2. What about the rapes the murders car accidents crime done to us citizens this is ridiculous they get absolutely no coverage another leftist channel missing the point

  3. To be fair, if I went to another country without following the country’s legal process to be there at all, I would NEVER be able to sleep comfortably. I would ALWAYS wonder if today would be the day I was caught and penalized accordingly. I would not be able to relax, let alone make a family.

And it’s really not the ICE agents that are causing the stress and ptsd. Let’s focus on what it is: it's what these people unfortunately did wrong by knowingly breaking our laws for immigration and citizenship. Sadly it was their own poor choices that brought this upon themselves. It’s really no one else’s fault. (FYI Of course I am not referring to innocent children.)
