📢 NHS Devon and BSW ICB have joined forces to create a robust International Recruitment Infrastructure. As a result, 50 highly skilled Mental Health Nurses are now ready for deployment to the UK.
Over the past two years, BSW has developed a Residential Mental Health Nursing Integration Programme in India. This initiative equips experienced Mental Health Nurses with the tools and training to thrive in NHS roles, making their transition to the UK both smooth and efficient.
✅ All nurses have passed English language requirements
✅ CBT and OSCE preparation completed
✅ NMC PIN approval process accelerated

💙 6 nurses promoted to Band 6 roles within 12–18 months
