  1. CONFLICT RESOLVING IS FIRST IMPORTANT TO BRING YOUR ISSUE WITH PERSONS THE PERSON WHO IS IN CHARGE AT WORK WITHOUT "BLAME " FOR EVERYONE PRACTICING ANTAGONISTIC VIEWS ON THE PROBLEM AND USING APPROPRIATE MEANS SO MUCH THAT YOURSELF AND THE OTHER PEOPLE EVENTUALLY CAN BE LESS DEFENSIVE TOWARDS THE END RESULT ESCALATING WITH THE TERMS WILL CREATE A DIFFICULT ENVIRONMENT ITRY TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR CHANGE THE WORKING SCHEDULE WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT

  2. Excellent strategies. And there is a particular order though. Anger management needs to be first because neuroscience shows that our default approach is for protection and emotions are that protection mechanism that blocks us from thinking. Once we can think we can then empathize.
