  1. I think there may be at least 2 forms of depression when it comes to overall mood: the first is outside-in where, as discussed, events are perceived a certain way which can be adjusted. The second is inside-out where the mood itself is reduced prior to any events and no apparent amount of perception can intercept that mood change, because the mind is looking for a reason, or an event, as to why the mood is low and because it can't find one, it basically makes stuff up drawing on past memories/current events.

I feel like this is really important because the second version seems to just sort of vary on its own in cycles and the first feels more controllable, but sometimes mixes with the second and makes it difficult to tell the difference. I think the second is where treatment is difficult too, maybe medication can help, but I'm exploring that currently still and it seems like the hardest to actually deal with. I tested this by observing how my perception between one day and the next didn't change but my mood did for seemingly no reason at all after being on a duration of the second version of depression from inspection. Very frustrating and confusing too.

  2. makes me feel better than every therapist and psychiatrist ive seen ❤he actually explains what happens accurately like one of the few who understand.

  3. Sometimes the fact is the person is ignoring you. Sometimes there's clear evidence that another individual has resentment towards you. Sometimes this stuff really is real

  4. Depression: How to cure/heal/destroy/clear/ blar blar … 10K books, 10M vids, 100M shorts ….
They all shout "We have all the answers. You are the problem, because you are not cured!"
Here is an idea, stay away from Western Life style and PSYCO BABLE. Which is what most sufferes do, this is often interpreted as lazzy, incompetent or useless.

  5. Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against Suicidal, depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

  6. I don't think you understand that when you're in the grip of it, you don't want to 'destroy' your depression. You want it to eat you alive. Any move towards positivity and hope and optimism is crushed.

  7. Its about how you have trained your mind by negative self talking. You brought your self-image so down that your mind sees you and the world very negatively. It drains your energy and effects your mood into severe sadness. You have to train your mind to be positive and see yourself and the world as positive and the depression will fade away.

  8. To anyone who's suffering depression, anxiety, insomnia and other mental health problems, you are not alone. I feel you. You are so brave. You are doing so well. I'm proud of you. I'm sending you a virtual hug ❤ what helped me get out of that dark spiral was journaling and mindfulness from Shift Your Mind by Alexander Brooks. The anxiety that used to control my whole day barely shows up now!🙏❤

  9. To anyone who's suffering depression, anxiety, insomnia and other mental health problems, you are not alone. I feel you. You are so brave. You are doing so well. I'm proud of you. I'm sending you a virtual hug ❤ For me, it wasn’t therapy or meds that helped the most — it was reconnecting with myself. I started using the exercises in Shift Your Mind by Alexander Brooks, and it made me feel human again. The anxiety that used to control my whole day barely shows up now! 🙏❤

  10. You can’t “destroy” something that’s been building since your first real breakup and then years of trying to bury it 😂 you can’t destroy ache after ache that increases when you realize you can’t find your true purpose (outside of your goals biologically as men we ARE MEANT TO FIND OUR PERSON).

    Depression doesn’t get “destroyed”.

+Mentality Materiality Exercise: Acknowledge anything you see in the world has a materiality to it, notice what are all of the things that are actually part of the object and what are all of the things that my mind adds to it, notice your internal reactions adn what you attach to objects outside of you
+point out the real evidence to the negative and positive thing , not to believe but practice your mind to look at thing in a more nuanced way (nhiều sắc thái hơn , nhiều hướng hơn) , seeing both pros and cons
+Dont take thing personally ,remove the " I '' from your thinking, not always you, there is more ,maybe there is sth idk, think about others
