  1. silly, CBT is the most effective therapy essentially across the board. Most evidence to support it, fastest rate of improvement, applicable to the vast majority of mental health issues. Dont listen to this, if you want a therapist most definitely seek out CBT if you havent already tried it

  2. Agreed, and like most “solutions” people think they’ve found, Dunning Kruger sweeps in and they’re blind to the limitations and the plethora of alternatives.
