  1. This is so true! I tested it. I went a couple weeks without working out and I felt terrible, depressed, and anxious! Then, I got back into it, and I felt more energized, motivated, and confident!

  2. I was diagnosed with learning disability adhd at 4 years old n my mom had me swimming in the a.m n dance ,gymnastics in evening. N she did not medicate me. As an adult I did need some syc meds n I think because as an working adult I only had time n $ for 3-4 days at gym. Now At 55 yrs old, I'm going through the meanapouse my syc. Dr. wants to put me on more antidepressants. I said no, I need hormones n more exercise. But fyi hormons aren't covered by my present insurance. Plus I haven't been to gym in 1year because of not enough income. Well thank you universe yesterday I found insurance that covers a gym members plus $75 a mth For over counter health care needs . The insurance is humana if anyone needs it.

  3. Most of these types of things only work for mild depression and anxiety. If you have severe treatment resistant mental health issues, youll never exercise your way to good mental health.

  5. I do workouts at the Y 3 days a week but since my Mother passed I have been having a hard time motivating myself.And I'm calm about her passing and my family sees that still as a strange thing but with Aspergers it's just different.

  6. Can you make a video on perimenopause and mental health? I know that you’re in your 40s now, so this may be a subject that would be a good idea to explore. I think you would be good at it.
