“Dealing with anxiety can be as simple as…”

there are a lot of things that you can even do on your own to help you cope with anxiety and sometimes it can be as simple as thinking about something differently and i think that that power that everybody has within them to take an issue and think about it in a different way is an anxiety management tool we all carry within us at all times

Sometimes a simple shift in perspective can help calm feelings of anxiety…dealing with anxiety starts here.

  1. Gratitude practice helped me a lot with my anxiety! So, yes, I totally agree! Focusing on something different can diminish the symptoms of anxiety. Of course, for thosw who have chronic anxiety, as I used to have, takes more than just a gratitude list to overcome it.

  2. My kids mum is a krank she will litterally have a moan/stress about everything, if it’s not one thing h she just moves onto the next thing like some crazy nut job ,,, it drives me insane but now I’m sitting here just thinking I need to just let this absurd behaviour go straight over my head coz even when you sort it she moves on to the next thing anyway !!!

  3. Does anybody has breathing sensation like when u tried to sleep ur breath got manuall and feels wierd and thats y i cant sleep even after having sleeping pill 😢😢

  4. you only experience a feeling of fear no matter what illness you think you are not sick it is only a feeling of fear it comes and goes but without judging the fear it will pass even the fear protects you it is all good

  5. I always wanted to have an attack while another person next to me has one as well just to better realize the irrational absurdity of it. I know exactly how everybody feels and it‘s amazing how others describe perfectly the way how it feels for me…a powerful way that really calms me down within minutes is worship music and listening or reading the bible! For those who are really desperate give Jesus an honest chance he is the only adresse that can completley heal you from the inside!
    Be blessed!

  6. Anxiety is a hard battle when faced alone. One needs to be open about it and recognized if you have it to be able to get help. “This anxiety is a signal, not a stop sign.” – -Remmy Henninger – "How to Turn Failure into Your Superpower"

  7. First of all, develop an inner motivational pastor / coach like voice. Like you would coach someone who is doubting their abilities. Like telling them "don't you dare question yourself, you can do anything you put your mind and efforts to. You are a waking miracle with so many wonders in your body. Like WBC who are constantly fighting for you."
This develops confidence. Confidence stops that "stomach thing" (a sign of anxiety starting to take its form.)
This voice is great for people who are mostly lonely. Take control of your inner voices by training and rewarding the ones who might be helpful to you.
And for that you might need to increase your consciousness or awareness about inner processes.
This is where meditation like vipassana comes in which teaches you to observe your thoughts and in a process is like you are a third person, and those thoughts and feelings are just passing by.
    Hope this helps you 🙏🏽

  8. I’ve been listening to some podcasts from Mel Robbins where she interviews mental health professionals and some of the things they’ve suggested was to hum or to start a diary. They made listed a bunch but it was so much. But its east said then done

  9. It's incredible to see this. Addiction is the worst situation anyone can be in. I'm an alcoholic and consume over 60 units a day, my husband is gone, my house is gone, I'm ruined by depression, OCD etc. I will continue to fight my way out of this hell and pray for a solution. I've heard of many people breaking free and becoming the best version of themselves through different natural methods, and I hope to find a better way out. I'm dying daily with these disasters in life. I really need help. I can't keep living like this.

  10. The very best way to calm anxiety is to do a few mindful yawns & slow stretches, like cats & dogs do. It immediately calms the anxiety network in the brain. Try it & see.

  11. That is nonsense !! If you are distracting you are suppressing .. you need to feel the anxiety / emotions or the energy will never be released .. chase the darkness and you will find the light 💡.. read the book by Paul David AT LAST A LIFE . Hopefully this will find someone who needs the truth ❤

  12. Change your perception? My problem is almost the opposite, I see it from all perceptions, and they all have valid points and valid risks/rewards involved. I use my anxiety as fuel for “strategy” and gather all the data from all sources to try to make the informed “right” decisions for all. First world problems, maybe… but there are almost too many options with too many undefined unknown future paths. And as someone who experiences severe anxiety, I end up overwhelmed in analysis paralysis, and shut down, and then can tend to not make any decision whatsoever in the end. At which point, nothing changes. I end up failing anyway, and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy of catastrophizing and failure with little to no forward movement. It’s a vicious circle. Support welcome.🙏🏽 ❤️‍🩹😓 Thank you.

  13. How do I think differently about nursing my dying husband. No one has an answer for people who are going through this, it is always avoided!

  14. Some of these people have never experince anxiety or depression, they just went to school and study it so they have no idea what it's like. I rub my stomach something to breathe better
