  3. people don’t talk enough about having a burnout prevention plan, not just dealing with it after. trust me, you need a safety plan. mine’s simple but effective, i do regular check-ins, journal using this trauma&anxiety bundle by printables by brenda, and make sure i notice early signs. no more crashing for me

  4. I used to wake up tired, drag myself through the day, and crash on the couch at night feeling like I’d accomplished nothing — even though my mind was constantly racing. Coffee didn’t help anymore, my sleep was broken, and I felt like I was aging twice as fast. I knew I was burnt out but didn’t know where to start fixing it.
Then I found this book with a 30-day plan that didn’t ask for perfection — just small, daily shifts to reset how I sleep, eat, and deal with stress. Honestly, it helped me reconnect with my body in a way I hadn’t in years. If anyone feels stuck in that same fog, this is the book that helped me: Reset Your Body and Mind by Morgan Lane.

  5. I just started a new fast food job I’ve never worked fast food before and I had an 8hr shift the other day and I’m already so burnt out and just feel so alone because of how hard this new job is it was my first actual shift and they threw me to the wolves

  6. Repeat after me: you are the source of your stress. You can do everything right and still get negative external feedback from external source or yourself.

  7. Embrace Boredom, this one actually helped me out after years of stress, anxiety, depression, which was caused due to burn out. Let your mind get bored. This will help rebalance neurological transmitters, and it will help you to heal faster. ❤

  8. I have had active sleep studies done and my body very rarely hits rem sleep only one out of six nights of sleeping eight hours a hit rem sleep for 30 minutes
