Pooja Mishra’s Story: From Struggle to Strength — Positive Thinking & Positive Power 🌈✈💖

At just 14, Pooja Mishra was forced into child marriage. In college, she discovered her HIV-positive status — a turning point that could have broken her spirit. Faced with stigma, fear, and hopelessness, she once thought her dreams had ended.

But Pooja chose a different path. With access to ART (antiretroviral therapy) and the support of NCPI+ and Youth LEAD, she rebuilt her health, regained her confidence, and found her voice. Today, she is a dedicated HIV/AIDS counselor, guiding women and girls to fight stigma, access treatment, and live with dignity.

✨ Her secret to staying strong? Travel.
For Pooja, travel is more than a hobby — it’s healing. Meeting new people, exploring new places, and connecting with nature keeps her mind positive, reduces stress, and inspires hope.

Her journey is proof that HIV is not the end — it’s a new beginning. A life filled with adventure, laughter, strength, and self-love.

🎥 Watch her story and see how treatment, self-acceptance, and wanderlust can transform lives.
