Dizzy & Anxious? It Might Be This…
Do you ever feel dizzy and anxious — and wonder if one is causing the other? You might be experiencing vestibular anxiety.
Your vestibular system controls balance, spatial orientation, and eye movements. When it misfires due to issues like BPPV, vestibular migraine, or inner ear dysfunction, your brain can trigger the body’s stress response. This creates a cycle where dizziness fuels anxiety, and anxiety makes dizziness worse.
In this video, I’ll explain:
✅ What vestibular anxiety is
✅ Why dizziness and anxiety are so closely linked
✅ Simple steps you can take to break the cycle
If you’ve struggled with dizziness, unsteadiness, or unexplained anxiety, this video will help you understand what’s going on — and what you can do about it.

Thank you very much for sharing! Have a blessed day!🙏❤️👍💯
Love your channel. You explain and show everything well and make easy to follow. I’ve had chronic disequilibrium for 5 months now after a bad case of shingles which was in my ear and on my face. I’ve been doing VRT. Have seen an ENT and gone to VRT rehab. Should I be doing these with my glasses on or off (I wear bifocals)? I see better close up without them. In addition I really don’t get dizzy when I do these exercises no matter how fast I move my head.
Check your food allergies.
No pain no gain. Thank you for this advice and the benefits. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Thank you so much for this I have something to show my family that this is real what I am experiencing. Long story short I have suffered from vertigo through my late teens and twenties, early 30s then finally got a Diagnosis of multiple sclerosis at 34. Such a long story but I’m on the other side kind of however trauma is still there.
Question. When suspecting vestibular anxiety, how can we directly approach with let’s say, a general practitioner about this? Is it something we can request to have a referral for a neck specialist? Sometimes it is said that it could either be a migraine…which ends up being a misdiagnosis. I’m kind of curious how this would be approached appropriately without the practitioner mentally accusing a patient of self diagnosis on McGoogle. Hope this makes sense. I’m kind of curious…not so much for myself, but a family member.
