If you want to protect your mental health and prevent a crisis, there are five powerful habits you need to know. These habits can lower the risk of depression and keep your mind stronger.
Point 3.. movement has kept me sane since decades of narcissistic cult family abuse.. Thank you for all 5 points 🙏🤎 Really kind of you to make videos having such practical and healthily positive suggestions !!
Me: Hey that's some good advice, I should listen. My brain : You will not put any of that into practice you know that. And that's how I function, even when I try to think positive and do something good for me, my brain just doesn't shut off. Going for a walk, my brain just keep reminiscing none stop.
I would make a to do list for the next day before bed. The next night I would review it and praise myself for my accomplishments and forgive myself for what I did not accomplish. Then I'd make a new to do list for the next day.
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” – John 14:27 ❤
“Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.” — 1 Peter 5:7 🩵
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." – Romans 12:2 ESV 💛
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” – Psalm 34:18 🤍❤️
It is incredible how much a "positive scavenger hunt" can change your perspective. I started trying this a few weeks ago, and it really helps train my brain to see the small wins every day.
Hope? There is no hope for me; and I'm pretty sure for many people here either. I'm not saying you've to jump off a bridge, but not all people have a good life or anything meaningful in it. For me, personally, I'm very tired of trying this bs and nothing works out

Great tips! Very helpful, many thanks!
so much mental gymnastics to cope with a world that has gone to shit
My hopes and my dreams are gone 😢
The first point reminds me waiting for mondays because cartoon network would release ner episodes that day of my favorite series
1. Create things to look forward to in the short, mid, and long term
2. Search for the good in the day
3. Build movement into every day
4. Do not believe every single thought
5. Surround yourself with those who lift you up
Point 3.. movement has kept me sane since decades of narcissistic cult family abuse..
