    Can you please always give a vegetarian option too? I don't eat fish or seafood. Instead of fish oil I take some flaxseed oil daily n walnuts which are high in Omega 3, ALA, and DHA can be found in seaweeds as well, right?
    The body can also produce the DHA from ALA as well, you just need to consume a larger quantity of ALA. Is it correct? 💖

  2. thank you dr. I have a question about supplements. When I take a supplement like Ashwagandha for two or three months and then take a month off? Can I take another supplement like Rhodiola, Holy Basil, or Bacopa during the rest period, or should the rest period be free of any supplements?

I did take vitamin B12 from natural sources * I got a blood reading of 110% my GP told me to stop taking it, I also take Vit.D3 & mi lovely is 80% only here in Melbourne is winter so we don't have a lovely sunshine in the mornings & it's very cold as well. Good quality fish oil is very expensive, I eat as often I can seafood.
