How to Register on the #swasthnarisashaktparivar App
There are two ways to register:
1. Registration by Scanning QR Code
* Scan the QR code on Aadhaar, ABHA, or PMJAY card.
* The beneficiary’s information will be retrieved automatically.
* On the screen, you will see various medical service options such as:
* Screening and treatment of hypertension
* Screening and treatment of diabetes
* Cancer screening
* Tuberculosis services
* Sickle cell screening
* ANC check-up
* Select the illness/service mentioned by the beneficiary.
* If it is not listed, select **“Other Services”** and enter the details in the text box provided.
* Click Submit to save the data.
2. Manual Registration (for those without cards)
* Fill out the registration form with details such as name, gender, age, mobile number, and address.
* Choose the appropriate medical service option based on the beneficiary’s needs.
* Submit the form to save the data.
3. Beneficiary details can be scanned and saved **even without internet**.
4. Once the device reconnects to the network, the data will be automatically synced.
