Holding Space: Exploring Therapeutic Support During Childlessness

For every path, a practice — discovering what works for you

This panel discussion brings together compassionate practitioners from different therapeutic backgrounds to explore the support available to those who are childless either by circumstance or not by choice.

Together, we will share what each modality offers — from coaching and counselling to support groups, movement meditation, writing for wellbeing, and more — in a space that honours grief, resilience, and growth.

Our webinar hopes to de-mystify the different options available and provide information that will inform choices for each person in their journey around support.

  1. I had a therapist who was pregnant while I was seeing her and it was very triggering. I felt sad and I didn’t want to go to see her. It was hard and I never discussed it with my therapist. Im glad this topic was discussed.

  2. I have wonderful therapist who has travelled with me for 20yrs…initially we were trying for a baby then moved in to menopause so no baby …the therapist has two children if her own but suffered 5 miscarriage she is super empathetic and wen I am still blindsided by grief she is my safe place

  3. Thank you ladies for this warm, diverse and supportive conversation to help people get the right support for them, however they identify in this wide spectrum of this transformative journey we call being childless not by choice. Beautiful ❤
