PLEASE do a video on the revenge late at night binge-scrolling and Netflix watching… I’ll go the whole day WITHOUT it then late at night feel stressed and NEED to watch a show to decompress but then I end up staying up late and feeling bad after having a productive day and being so close to getting into bed early

I have noticed that whenever my body wants something, my mind- I imagine myself doing it like if my body needs rest whatever I think I'm resting in that scenario or the imagination starts with me resting if I'm hungry all I see is food and when I'm low on iron it's all Salty foods… happens with anybody?
