Three doctors in the UK’s NHS share their tips on how you can support workers’ mental health in the pandemic.

    So, its not enough that the economy has been ruined, people have lost their jobs and businesses, surgery and treatment have been delayed and cancelled, people's lives have been made utterly miserable – all to "protect our NHS". Now we are asked to believe that those on the healthcare frontline have suffered more than most ? Quite frankly, we need some honesty from the NHS – not more whingeing.

    Covid deaths UK 126,713 US 564,901 Australia 909 New Zealand 26.

    New Zealanders followed the WHO simple 3 point plan 13 months ago.

    The UK and NZ are both islands. The UK has an area of 245,000 sqkm while NZ has 268,000 sqkm.

    After 7 months with only 1 fatality, watching UK news is like stepping back in time to the 1981 springbok tour protests.

    The health and care workers need to be kind enough to earn respect. After what I've been through, I've seen a lot behind closed doors, and the lack of care is immense. They hang up when you're upset and angry for what they actually caused. Mental health refusing help.
    They are not professional .
    Having out medication for an illness you don't have.
    Believe me. I've seen it all.
    Complaints team ignoring the abuse and covering up.
    I have it ALL in writing to prove ny story.
    They section rape victims and medicated them.
    I'm one of them.
    They may have said sorry, but ive left with serious trauma and disability ,and noone helps. They dump yiu after their big mistakes and cover up everything .
    Mental health has not changed. It's a perfect place to treat people like dogs.
    I can't even play my piano as good as I used to do.
    They won't put the sorry in writing either. I wonder why, uh! 😡
