Therapy and psychology jargon as a means of control? 1. Therapists have biases, have prejudices, and jump on bandwagons too.

There was nothing wrong with him initiating that they set some boundaries, as their history including the fact that they have been unfairly rumoring and reporting on him at least 10 years.
Why did you read control into it and then try to disguise it as a question?

ANY ADULT PERSON DOES WELL to let another person know how they are set up and how to best work with that in any social situation. He was informing them BASED UPON his self-awareness. Telling people what will activate or trigger certain aspects of their personality or how their communication mechanism is set up, you don't get to presume and conclude it HAS TO BE about controlling in a bad way.

Why don't you have anything to say about Charlamagne DOING THE BEHAVIOR Dame is simply pointing out, and how he was badgering and antagonizing him?
Even his colleagues in the room reacted to how Charlamagne kept cutting him off and overtalking him (there is an assignment he is to complete here in terms of Dame's reputation).

Damon did not act in any way that is SO ABNORMAL AND MALADAPTIVE AND UNIQUE TO HIM: you three are not giving opinions professionally–you act as if you just want to add some false credibility to the program some have right now to make everything he does–REGARDLESS OF HOW LOGICAL–something to laugh and smerk about rather than listen to understand.

All three of you have SPECULATED AND ASSIGNED motives to Dame for why he said what he said.
You are LOOKING FOR WAYS TO INTERPRET HIS ACTIONS IN A BAD WAY.

Self-esteem is just that: just because you have a therapist title does not mean you get to make a backalley diagnoses, having already characterized the person. Please do whatever you need to do to gain some professional bearing because this is NOT IT.
