Most mental problems have their roots in genetics and heredity. We don’t know enough about the brain to treat mental illness directly and effectively.
This is a female centric video. No mention about men's health. I've been isolating myself for 10 months and it doesn't look like I'm going to get myself out of the isolation anytime soon.
