Great video on a difficult subject ❤ I definitely feel safer with a dog. When I was younger, I used to bring my dog any time I had to travel by myself. Nowadays my dogs help keep me calm when my blood sugars get too low and are always there to help get through a bad day.
I have Complex ptsd…which I heard is worse… I've been in therapy.. Andy I'm on medication… so.. I know that, I've a long way to go..one day at a time… I also have fibromyalgia and other issues….😢
