I find this quote very fitting to your second point:
"What, then, constitutes the alienation of labor?
First, the fact that labor is external to the worker, i.e., it does not belong to his intrinsic nature; that in his work, therefore, he does not affirm himself but denies himself, does not feel content but unhappy, does not develop freely his physical and mental energy but mortifies his body and ruins his mind. The worker therefore only feels himself outside his work, and in his work feels outside himself. He feels at home when he is not working, and when he is working he does not feel at home. His labor is therefore not voluntary, but coerced; it is forced labor. It is therefore not the satisfaction of a need; it is merely a means to satisfy needs external to it. Its alien character emerges clearly in the fact that as soon as no physical or other compulsion exists, labor is shunned like the plague. External labor, labor in which man alienates himself, is a labor of self-sacrifice, of mortification. Lastly, the external character of labor for the worker appears in the fact that it is not his own, but someone else’s, that it does not belong to him, that in it he belongs, not to himself, but to another."
I would put on first spot psychiatry. The only reason I had ever any issues were sadistic practices of psychiatry and all the frauds they need to make it half legal. Btw, all three points are almost impossible on these drugs.
I don't understand this, my depression goes away when I'm not around people. However, magnesium and vitamin D deficiency did cause heavy depression in me, so yes, nutrition and an active lifestyle is definitely key to avoid depression.
Metabolic therapy is real and doesn’t come w/the risk of protracted medication injury trying it. Fix your environment to fit your symptoms. If you find yourself taking a medication to function, you should rethink what you are doing. It’s one thing to sit in a dead end job, it’s another to have to medicate yourself to do it. It’s a doubly bad idea.
What if you can't find your people, whatever you do? And what if mental health problems (especially when they don't believe in them) drive them away? 😢
Muslims should not be allowed to own dogs. They shouldn't be allowed to own any fkin animals, they shouldn't even be allowed to be in our country when their ideology goes literally against EVERY SINGLE one of our values and morals in this fkin country, also Muslims ideology literally involves them killing everyone who isn't arab muslim like them, thats Islam's ultimate goal and sole purpose…
Why are people acting like a legitimate Muslim who follows islam entirely are not literal fkin threats, bc if they follow islam and what the Quran says and commands them to do …by definition they are terrorists because thats literally what their religion entails, its demanded for them to kill us in order for them to get into heaven (which is only for males) females don't even get to go to Islam's version of "heaven" …Islam's heaven is literally just a bunch of 9 year old virgins for men to r*pe..thats literally their heaven is fkin r*ping more women, thats all these inbred literal fkin retarded Muslims care about.
I don't give a fk what people say or think. FK MOHAMMED FK ISLAM FK ALL PEDOPHILE PIECES OF SHT MUSLIM R*PISTS.
There is no such thing as a "peaceful Muslim " doesn't fkin exist. If a Muslim claims to be Muslim and are actually peaceful…them they aren't actually Muslim, they were just indoctrinated to be Muslim but have never read the Quran themselves, don't even know what their own ideology entails but they have to say they are muslim because if they don't..the other Muslims will kill that person for "leaving islam" which the punishment is always death…its a fkin cult, not a religion.
Yes! I had all those things before I was misdiagnosed with depression as a teenager because of allergy med side effects, put on antidepressants, had severe sedation from those so given more and more drugs until I was an obese, diabetic zombie on disability. Now, decades later I’m off those meds, left with a protracted withdrawal injury and an autoimmune disease which makes sleep extremely uncomfortable, lose flaps of skin and no family. I guess “”First do no harm,” was just just empty words. But, I really appreciate your work. I always wished people like me had a voice all those years ago.
Sleep is really important too. It took me a month of not drinking to get really good sleep and now I feel like a different person. I was not drinking every day either.

Lack of sleep has to feature here too
On point Dr. Josef!
I'm doing those 3 things!!! And still I'm mentally broken from what Antidepressant and even antipsychotic withdrawal did to damage my brain 🧠
Spot on doctor.
And how do we do any of those things when severely injured, I know these things are making me more unwell in my brain
With all that being True. The Answer to the question, "why do We have to Die?" is because eventually it is a Mercy. 😁

Cool! Thx!
Wrong! No1 is (bad) RELATIONSHIPS that cause mental health issues, either personal, family or work.

i disagree!!….the worst thing for people's mental health are …1….Stalin Starmer….2…the Government…….and Last but not least……Tony Bliar!!!
Damn I have the first for sure and the second I’m not there yet
You're absolutely right. I got my depression diagnosis after losing my friends and purpose for life.
Evolved?

uh oh
Disagree 😂❤
I have felt like this from age 2. I can't wait for it to be over

How about being trapped off by CFS/ME

Some things are spiritual..
Lots of people have all nowadays
I'm gonna go ahead and mention our HOME. It's extemely important. It should be a calm and safe place where we can relax, rest and get good sleep.
Sleep is really important too. It took me a month of not drinking to get really good sleep and now I feel like a different person. I was not drinking every day either.
Described the most important things in today’s society I reckon in under a minute. I’m amazed 😄
Lack of money is the worst thing for mental health.
