  1. It's quite an epidemic with many today, even those seemingly doing okay. Talk to them, then you realise not so much. They cope using substances etc, which can only be bad in the end. Need to normalize speaking up and reaching out when we're struggling. We're all human with strengths and indeed weaknesses.
