We can only show support for someone who's experiencing Borderline Personality Disorder but we cannot fix their problem because they have to want to fix it. It's 'a their problem.' If the person chooses to not fix it, then that's their decision. Don't force it. Patience is key and at the same time, you want to emotionally keep your guard up to block the bad energy to touch you mentally and emotionally so that way you don't feel that same energy that the other person is experiencing. Words of encouragement are welcomed, words of acknowledgement, and important reminders. Hope you have had a marvelous Monday, prima 💙🤍
Uh oh, I think I have quite a few of those 😬but I don't think it makes a problem 😕😄
There are who really have BPD, who are the ones who don't consult professionals, and there are who just claim they do, thus they can hide or disguise their messes.
I was married to a woman who have BPD for 20 years but I did not know that she had it till three years after our divorce. I was confused on why she kept creating instability when it become too stable for too long. Like a cycle repeating over and over with a lot of gaslighting toward me. Ever since I learned what BPD looks and behaves like, I surround myself with stable people only. It has been peaceful journey for the last 10 years.
You nailed everything perfectly prima
