I got inspired by @maditaris to make snacks that don’t look fancy, might not be the healthiest but they make you feel good…😎 These noodles are EXACTLY that, so give them a try the next time you need some mental health support.😋 RECIPE (1 serving, 7min prep time): -1 serving of your favorite noodles Cook according to the package instructions. -1 Tbsp vegan butter -1 Tsp Sambal oelek or gochujang -1 Tsp maple syrup -1 Tsp miso paste -a splash noodle water Mix well and sluuuurp!🙃 – Mental Health Support Snack: Miso-Butter-Nudeln 🍜

something silly ive discovered recently is simply thin spagetti, only barely above room temp, with a little coconut cream and soy sauce. no right to be that tasty.
