  1. I did not listen to and watch (listenwatch) this audio/video clip yet, but I saw that it is about neuroplasticity, so I thought I would write this comment to encourage living beings to use psilocybin and other "classic psychedelic" drugs because they enhance a brain's abilities to grow new connections within itself, thus supporting learning and adapting to environmental factors better (i.e., the drugs I am referring to enhance a brain's neuroplastic abilities).

  2. This is brilliant. I love the knowledge and explanation. Our brain synapses are firing all the time; we must take control and have them work for our betterment.

  3. A good start is the book "Brain Builders" by Richard Levington.

One of the most important books
    For issues and transitions.

    Dr. Wayne Dryer…

    Thankd.

  4. I did 18 months 24/ neuroplasticity before that word was uses. It was a reparenting program. People arrived and spent 8 weeks following instructions. Then they were instructing others not to put disinfectant in the septic tank. Hugs were compulsory and everyone had to keep involved doing anything. Active people interaction 24/7 18 months. Complete open honesty. Visiting nurses were always in tears listening to our 3×a day talk over a cuppa. After 18 months you ran the system except for a few who'd gone back to work there. So I know it definitely works. Your cards look like a tarot card pack😊

  5. The good doctor looks a little conventional, so this may be somewhat taboo, but psychedelic trips create a neuroplastic state. It is dramatic and measurable. Psilocybin and LSD are the ones studied the most.

  6. This video is a bit ridiculous , stop wanting to lie and tell the thruth . Why are you hiding information from Them ? By the minute 9 i need to stop , i saying the true . Delete this and re-do , if you do not you will be chase by the sorce , you will be stuck . Tell them all the true only , stop the lie

  7. I have always struggled with intrusive thoughts and negative thoughts everyday. I wrestle with them all the time while doing literally anything in my day, to the point where I've become terrified of doing literally anything because the fear is wired to those things. Thanks for everything, Dr. Tracy.

  8. I am 25, graduated in computer science, and feel like I’ve wasted my best years stuck in fear, comparison, and procrastination. Watching this made me realize how much of our pain comes from walking the same mental paths over and over. The brain isn’t fixed it’s constantly choosing which roads to strengthen. Even after years of being stuck, we can build new pathways.
Living in Afghanistan, growing up in a religious family, and in a society with limited knowledge, I thought change wasn’t for me. We grew in families considered low-IQ and ordinary; our past generations didn’t have doctors, scientists, or scholars. But learning about Neuroplasticity made me realize everything is possible learning, escaping trauma, weakening negative paths, and building new positive ones. Slowly, with effort and patience, new thoughts and new paths can take root. Real growth is possible…
