The one thing that I noticed a long time ago when I was suffering some really bad mental health issues was when I changed my diet I stumbled upon the fact that I was feeling better mentally. I had started by just going low carb and cutting out the junk especially the white stuff and I noticed I was feeling better what I didn't realize until I went carnivore was completely cutting out carbs and everything and just eating a carnivore diet I was no longer depressed I was no longer taking anxiety meds and I had an abundance of energy that didn't mean I was bouncing off the walls
