  2. If you eat like this guy tells you you're going to feel like crap eat a whole diet lift weights and sleep good you'll be fine you don't need to eat just meat and can you kill you to eat some other shit

  3. The one thing that I noticed a long time ago when I was suffering some really bad mental health issues was when I changed my diet I stumbled upon the fact that I was feeling better mentally. I had started by just going low carb and cutting out the junk especially the white stuff and I noticed I was feeling better what I didn't realize until I went carnivore was completely cutting out carbs and everything and just eating a carnivore diet I was no longer depressed I was no longer taking anxiety meds and I had an abundance of energy that didn't mean I was bouncing off the walls
