Mrs. Douglas is a Dual Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner whose healthcare journey began as a CNA at just 16.
She advanced through the ranks as an LPN, RN, and now ARNP, working across diverse healthcare settings in New York and Florida.
While earning her Master’s degree at Barry University, she served as an Open-Heart Nurse before transitioning into Clinical Research, where she led studies on Advanced Cardiac Devices and Treatments.
Today, Mrs. Douglas serves as a Primary Care Provider & The Founder of Top Tier Nursing Services.
